For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "wildbets," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the wildbets platform operated at wildbets.app and the entity responsible for its operation under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wildbets platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on wildbets.app through which a player accesses games and services.
• "Platform" refers to the wildbets website, mobile interface, games, payment systems, and all associated services accessible at wildbets.app.
• "Real Money Gaming" refers to any wagering activity conducted on the wildbets platform using Philippine Peso (₱) funds deposited into a player's account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by wildbets.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by wildbets to confirm a player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

By registering an account on wildbets, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the wildbets Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wildbets platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on wildbets, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to real-money online gaming.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of wildbets, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a wildbets account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. wildbets reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) wildbets account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wildbets account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

wildbets will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from wildbets that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• You must notify wildbets immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• wildbets will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• wildbets reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify wildbets of a security breach.

wildbets employs 256-bit SSL encryption and supports two-factor authentication via your registered Philippine mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your wildbets account to protect against unauthorized access.

All financial transactions on wildbets are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). wildbets supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank

The minimum deposit on wildbets is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in your account dashboard and may vary depending on your verification status and chosen payment method.

Deposits are generally credited to your wildbets account within minutes of a successful transaction. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

wildbets reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.

wildbets does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.

wildbets offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified wildbets account in good standing, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• wildbets reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was awarded.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• wildbets reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion or who have active deposit limits that prevent normal gameplay are not eligible to receive bonuses during the period of restriction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wildbets platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on wildbets.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wildbets platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any wildbets content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on wildbets content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any wildbets software.
• Use any wildbets trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

Any unauthorized use of wildbets intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wildbets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond wildbets' reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, game outcome, or promotional material on the platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

wildbets' total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their wildbets account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wildbets' liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

wildbets reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wildbets will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the wildbets platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wildbets platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account transactions, players must submit a formal complaint to wildbets support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. wildbets will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
